The last week of my diet and work-out has begun. Yesterday was a measurement day and from the beginning I've lost 8 cm around my waist and 2,3 kg I think that's good in only 20 days. Next Thursday will bring the final results.
It's not been hard at all. I've gotten used to do my exercises, sure some days are harder and I'm not as motivated but afterwards I feel so good so it's worth it. The diet is no problem either, requires a little planning, make snacks and meals ready to take with me before I go to work, have a smoothie with me in the car when I go shopping, in case it takes longer then expected.
My cravings for candy disappeared after a week, for those of you who know me well and know about my love affair with chocolate, well we broke up. I have no problem walking past it in the store, haven't even opened the candy cupboard at work (my Achilles' heel, especially at night) and left alone the valentines chocolate hearts standing so invitedly on the kitchen table. I feel strong.
