Home improvement

We've bought a house in need of improvement. Today Arnstein has been fixing a leek on the roof. I was inside tearing down wallpaper. It's going to look great when finished and we can start looking for people who want to rent it. 

Bakingday

I did some baking today. Knäckebröd and chocolate peppermint cookies. Why, because I'm worth it. 

When the hubby is away

Arnstein is in Salzburg Austria skiing. I'm at home preparing for Christmas. Made candy yesterday and have starting decorating the house. Maybe I'll bake some cookies tomorrow.

We have started practicing with our hyperbaricchamber. We take turns play patients and operator. 

1st of advent

Started putting up Christmas ornaments. Since the advent has started it's ok to start eating gingerbread and blue cheese, my favorite christmascombo.

Christmas came early this year

The monoplacechamber has arrived. Felt like a kid on Christmas Eve last week. It is on site and installed. Tomorrow our training and learning the ropes starts.

Our kittens came home yesterday. All went surprisingly smooth, they are so cute and quiet, don't even know they're there.

Home sweet home

On my way home after a fantastic week in Bergen. Had a great time with my family. Sightseeing, celebration and just quality time with Nils, Marit, Elisabeth, Benedikte, Viviann and Tore. 

Experienced all kinds of weather, rain, so much rain and beautiful sunny mysterious autumn days. 

The hyperbaric environment

Done my week at the hyperbaric department at Haukeland hospital. Had a great time and I've learned so much, looking forward to telling everybody at home what I've learned. 

Playdate with Elisabeth

Had a playdate with Elisabeth last Thursday. She played with my hair and I enjoyed getting some quality time with her. 

Safety first!

The Norwegians know all about safety. They've put car seats for baby's in their busses. Thumbs up for Norway. 

Bergen

On my way to Bergen with 2 colleagues. We are going to look at their hyperbaric department and then I'm staying for a week to work with them and learn as much as possible about monoplace chambers. 

Looking forward to meeting my family, perfect to be able to mix business and pleasure.

We picked more chantarelles today. Already looking forward to all the great hearty winter meals.

My day off. Thought I would use the opportunity to sleep late but since I started working day shifts only I wake up early even on my day off. 

My day off plan is to clean the house and prepare for tomorrow's pool party with my coworkers.
